Ordering and paying for you order

The National Library of Wales accepts payments via credit, debit and charge card only. We accept:

Confirmation of your payment will be sent by email, including a reference number. Please use this reference number in any communication regarding your order.

Security

When you shop on this website we will ask you to provide certain information such as your name, address, telephone number, payment card details and email address. These are passed through a secure, encrypted ordering system and all payments are made via World Pay, guaranteeing the safety of your information. We do not process your credit card details on our server and once your order is complete, all related details will be deleted from our system.

Heavy weight items

Heavy weight items are marked with the symbol  and will be charged additional postage costs.

Dispatch

All orders will be dispatched immediately. All overseas packages will be sent via surface mail. Please contact the shop manager should you require immediate delivery via airmail. Please wait 28 days before contacting us regarding non-delivery of goods.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 28 days.We will exchange it or give you a full refund. Please use the original packaging and enclose all the documentation including your receipt and a note giving the reason for the return, and if defective, please describe the fault.Please return any faulty goods within 14 days for refund or replacement.

DVDs,CDs and CD-Roms can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original condition, unless it is faulty, or sent by us in error.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will refund the postage. Otherwise you will be responsible for such costs.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase on any item within seven days of delivery. Please note that DVDs, CDs and CD-Roms cannot be cancelled once the seal has been broken.
