

Returns policy
If you are not happy with your goods you may return them to the Library within 28 days of receipt. We accept returned goods only if they are either (a) damaged upon receipt or (b) unopened and unused. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition. To return unwanted or damaged items you must enclose the original receipt and send by registered post to obtain proof of posting. Once items have been returned you will be advised as to whether a suitable exchange or refund is due. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Security
When you shop on this website we will ask you to provide certain information such as your name, address, telephone number, payment card details and email address. These are passed through a secure, encrypted ordering system and all payments are made via World Pay, guaranteeing the safety of your information. We do not process your credit card details on our server and once your order is complete, all related details will be deleted from our system.

Dispatch
All orders will be dispatched immediately. All overseas packages will be sent via surface mail. Please contact the shop manager should you require immediate delivery via airmail. Please wait 28 days before contacting us regarding don-delivery of goods.
Heavy weight items
Heavy weight items marked with the symbol will be charged at an additional £5.00 within the UK, £7.50 to Europe and £10.00 to the rest of the world.
Privacy
You may wish to save your delivery details for the next time you shop with us, and if this is the case we will not use your information for our own or any third party purpose.
